Can you place new polyester components on old steel constructions?
Answer: this is possible when the steel is of sufficient quality. On location we can determine which kind of polyester components fit and if adaptions to the steel construction are required.
Is it possible to assemble waterslides without a basin?
Answer: if there’s water the waterslide can be constructed in a ‘stand-alone’ situation. We do advise a water treatment system. Without a basin, we have a landing- or catch unit called ‘skim-out’.
How are waterslides assembled?
Answer we work with a team of specialized experts from Polglass, who assemble our waterslides with the outmost care. With true love for the product, they guarantee that your waterslide is assembled perfectly.
Are there more benefits to hard joints, other than comfortable sliding for users?
Answer: yes, a total elimination of outbreaks of mold and bacteria on the lower side of the slide. Hard joints lessen the regular and continuous maintenance because there is no silicon glue that has to be replaced. Also, your tube is more durable and has a longer lifespan, because it is better resistant to shock- and mechanical damage.
Which effects can be applied to waterslides?
Answer: in all tubular slides it is possible to apply daylight- and multimedia effects. Multimedia effects can either be LED lights in different patterns, like stars, or sound effects.
Are the waterslides in compliance with Dutch laws and regulations?
Answer: yes, our waterslides are in compliance with the Dutch laws and regulations. Every waterslide is accurately planned in the desired situation. We also take care that it is assembled in accordance with norms and regulations. Every slide is manufactured according to the European norm NEN-1069:1 and NEN-1069:2. Polglass also manufactures according to ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008. Our waterslides are inspected and certified on location after assembly.
