Our waterslides are built with the most technologically advanced and best materials, and with the highest manufacturing standards. They’re available in different diameters, colors, lengths and heights.
Highest quality polyester and stainless steel
By being selective in our choice of materials, we avoid corrosion at the laminated structure of our waterslides.
Due to the fact that the polyester parts of our waterslides are reinforced with fiberglass, these parts are resistant to shock- and mechanical damage.
The polyester is uv- and chemical resistant and maintains it’s true color, form and structure for a very long time.
To make your waterslides so durable and to be able to guarantee a very strong and thick enough polyester layer we use hand lamination in the production process.
Polglass also cooperates with the Polymer Institute of the Technical University in Szczecin to further enhance the quality of the polyester. For example, the university performs special, periodic laboratory research of particular parts of the laminate.
To protect the steel from corroding, the steel is ‘hot’ deep galvanized.
Tube slides: seamless connections, but hard joints
The main advantage of the unique hard joints in our waterslides is comfortable sliding for the users and the elimination of outbreaks of mold and bacteria, so that regular and continuous maintenance joint-areas is not necessary.
With a hard joint your waterslide is more attractive for the eye, while hard joints also prevent that your waterslide starts leaking water in the long run.
By assembling the slide components with hard joints, the gliding surface of the slide is perfectly even and smooth. This prevents wear and tear of bathing suits and makes sure that your tubular slide is more durable and has a longer lifespan.
Acoustic- and thermal isolation
Our slides can be equipped with acoustic- and thermal isolation.
The thermal isolation is attained by placing additional protecting layers around the tube. This makes the outside of tubular waterslides look smooth.
The inside of the tube is sprayed with polyurethane. This isolation layer of about 3 cm is then closed by a second laminated layer.
